Before you move forward with any major back yard reno:
Q: Do I need a fence around my whole yard to install a pool?
A: Every community is different but most do require a fence at minimum around the pool you plan on installing.
Q: Do I have to hire and electrician to have electricity running to my pool area?
A: If you have someone you prefer to use we will share the specs they need and yes you can. If not we will ensure that is all taken care of in the install process
Q: Is there a size limit to the pool I can install?
A: As long as you are able to put a fence around it, for the most part as long as you have a the land a pool can be installed, above or in ground.
Q: How much does my power bill go up by owning a pool?
A: That a loaded question, it really depends on how hot you keep it and how large a pool you are looking at. An example: 21' round pool heated to 85f (29.44c) would be an approx $100-$150 extra per month.
